ThermalGlass Helmet is built around a high-resolution binocular Fused Vision™ display. The flip-up visor drops into view for thermal work and lifts clear when you do not need it, so it never interrupts the task and your hands stay free.

What is ThermalGlass Helmet?

ThermalGlass Helmet is a hands-free, binocular thermal imaging display on a flip-up visor for industrial crews. It adds a real-time thermal layer to the real-world view through both eyes using Fused Vision™, so you can read heat on the job and lift the display away when you do not need it.

What can it detect, and how hot can it see?

The 640 x 512 thermal camera resolves heat at 30 mK sensitivity and 60 Hz, across two gain modes up to 550°C (932°F). It is built to surface overheating, abnormal heat distribution, and hot spots in real time.

Is the display in the way when I do not need it?

No. ThermalGlass Helmet sits on a flip-up mechanism. When you do not need thermal vision, you lift the display out of your line of sight and work with a clear view. When you need it again, you flip it back down. Thermal vision is there on demand, not permanently in front of your eyes.

Can I record and report what I see?

Yes. ThermalGlass Helmet captures thermographic images and video that import into your reporting tool, so inspections are documented, not just observed.

Can I customize what I see?

Yes. You can set the temperature range you want on the display, for example only what is above 100°C, with min, max, and a crosshair readout.

How long does the battery last?

90 minutes.

Can I use it with prescription glasses?

Prescription inserts are available as an option, though most helmet users will not need them.
